   Guests are required to purchase their drinks from the bar we provide for your event. This means that guests are not permitted to bring their own drinks for consumption at the venue. This is a licensing condition for which we retain responsibility. We reserve the right to confiscate unauthorised drinks or remove them from the premises.
 

 

 We work in line with the Licensing Act 2003. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase, attempt to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. We will refuse to serve anyone at the event who is or appears to be excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behavior towards staff, customers or other guests. We will also refuse to serve anyone who purchases or attempts to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18 or someone who has previously been refused alcohol by the bar staff.

 

We operate a strict policy on underage drinking. Guests that appear to be under 21 years of age may be challenged for photo I.D. in an acceptable format. Acceptable formats include driving licenses, passports or pass approved I.D. cards.

 

Mobile Bars will NOT tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse and reserves the right to withdraw its services/equipment if the situation arises.

 

 

 

 Reception/arrival drinks arranged by either you or another provider are permitted providing they are for consumption during the pre-meal period. We would ask that you inform us if this is the case in advance so that we know what arrangements have been made. Table wine and all other table drinks including drinks for toasting arranged by either you or another provider are permitted providing they are for consumption during the meal only. We would ask that you inform us if this is the case in advance so that we know what arrangements have been made.All other drinks provided for your event must be supplied by us.

If we believe drinks are being sourced elsewhere we reserve the right to close the bar and as a result the deposit is lost.

 Mobile Bars are fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar services for all types of events, Copies are available on request. We will not be responsible for any claims for injury to persons or loss or damage to property however caused unless it is proved that such injury or damage resulted from faulty materials, workmanship or negligence.

 

A deposit together with a signed contract will be required for securing the booking which is payable by cash or BAC's.

           100+ Guests £150

 

The deposit is fully redeemable once the sum of £500 has been taken over the bar.

Any deposit refunds will be made directly back to you the client within 7 days of the event taken place.

 

28 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund of deposit paid.

A surcharge of £200.00 will apply to all hirers in the event of cancellation of the event and no notice being given to us in advance resulting in our arrival at the venue as booked.
 

 

Any wines, champagnes or drinks packages must be paid for 14 days prior to the event date - unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Special orders requests for specific drinks must be made at least 14 days prior to your event date.

 

All drinks are paid for as sold on the night, with the exception of prepaid drinks packages or prepaid free bars. We do not offer credit, and will not run a tab type bar unless monies have been paid prior or an agreement has been drawn up. If however you wish to put money behind the bar, to pay for drinks for other guests, we will happy to do so.

 

There must be suitable access to the venue for our Bar Staff to assemble equipment and carry goods, we will require the client to tell us where to set up however we will set up our equipment and bars where we see is practical and safe.

We require access to a water supply and 13amp Sockets but  we provide and install the relevant cables.

We Also require a parking space for a transit van/trailer

 

If Mobile Bars has applied for a Temporary Events Notice/Premise’s license but the council or police refuses it for reasons unknown, we will refund your deposit but will not be held responsible or liable for not being able to complete your event booking order.

 

Plastic/polycarbonate glasses will be used unless there is reasonable glass washing facilities at your venue, In the case you require glass glasses then a £60 surchage will apply to cover extra staff and equipment,

 

If your event involves serving after midnight additional staff costs will apply, Please contact us for further details.
